The Tata app requires certain permissions to be activated which are essential for the system to function correctly, to ensure maximum safety in the car.
If you have an Android smartphone, download the Tata app.
The app will guide you through the process for setting up your Tata Pad and will ask you to check that these permissions are active:
Bluetooth | Tata connects to your smartphone via bluetooth. Thanks to this, it can tell if you have walked away from the car. |
Location | If your child is in danger, we will send their location to your emergency contacts.
Your location is also essential for ensuring your Tata Pad and smartphone are properly connected via Bluetooth. If is deactivated, the device will not be able to connect to your phone. |
Background use | For monitoring Tata even when the application is running in the background. |
Notifications | So you are alerted in times of need. |
Access to address book | This will allow you to choose the emergency contacts that will be called in the event of an alarm |
