For optimal functioning, the Tata app needs to run in the background or with the app closed or screen locked. 

There are some smartphone models that forcibly close apps due to energy saving policies. For this reason it is necessary to activate certain settings to allow our app to work correctly, even in the background.

  • Make sure that the Tata app has no restrictions: Settings - battery and performance - app power saving - search for Tata app - select "No restrictions"

  • Make sure your Tata app has the check mark selected for automatic restart: Settings - apps - permissions - automatic start - enable the blue check for the Tata app
