You can retrieve the Tata Pad serial number in two different ways: in the Tata app or directly on the Tata Pad cushion.

APP

• Open the app and enter your device settings by clicking on the button at the top right
  
  

TATA PAD

• Take out the Tata Pad of its cover. You can read the serial number on the white rectangular label on the back of the device.
